All services are subject to separate written agreements, proposals, or order forms where applicable.

2. Client Responsibility & Legal Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for:

- Complying with all federal, state, and local laws

- Complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable SMS regulations

- Obtaining proper opt-in consent before sending SMS communications

- Honoring opt-out requests immediately

SJBC is not responsible for fines, penalties, or violations resulting from client misuse of messaging systems.

3. Fees & Billing

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

- Fees are billed monthly in advance.

- Fees are non-refundable.

- Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

- Clients are responsible for any third-party platform fees.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our systems or services for:

- Spam messaging

- Purchased or scraped contact lists

- Fraudulent activity

- Harassment or illegal content

- Unauthorized robocalling or mass texting

We reserve the right to suspend services immediately if misuse is detected.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

South Jersey Business Consulting LLC (SJBC) shall not be liable for:

- Lost profits

- Business interruption

- Data loss

- Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid to SJBC in the sixty (60) days preceding the claim.
